Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of technological system sophistication, personal capability, and organizational size on the performance of accounting information systems. This research was conducted at a manufacturing company in Kudus City. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling method with a total of 60 respondents. Technical analysis of the data using the classical assumption test, namely normality, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that organizational size affect the performance of accounting information systems, while the sophistication of the technology system dan personal capabilities do not affect the performance of accounting information systems.
