Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop interactive learning media to assist students in understanding the material on the DHCP material on the server and can improve student learning outcomes that can be accessed via their respective smartphones. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model. The development of this learning media uses Kodular to make development designs and compile blocks (Block-Based Programming) to be made into a single unit so as to produce a function or program. This media was tested on media experts, material experts and students. The first was tested on 2 lecturers at the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta, the results were the average V coefficient of media experts of 0.86 which was declared valid. The second trial for 1 teacher who teaches basic network subjects with DHCP material on the server at SMK Negeri Jumantono gets an average result value of the V coefficient of material experts of 0.75 which is declared valid. The results of the percentage interpretation test conducted on 20 respondents / junior high school students obtained a percentage value of 72.1% which falls into the "Agree / Good / Like" category.
