Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of company size, capital structure and firm value on firm value. Company size is proxied by total assets, number of employees and total sales. The capital structure is proxied by the Debt to Equity ratio. Leverage is proxied by the Debt to total asset ratio. This type of research is quantitative data. The population used in this study were all food and beverages sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2019. Testing the hypothesis of this study using secondary data with purposive sampling sampling technique and companies that meet the company's criteria are 16 companies. Secondary data using data collection by means of documentation. The analysis method used is multiple regression test of cross section data, classical assumption test, goodness of fit test and hypothesis testing. The results of this study partially indicate that firm size has a significant positive effect on firm value, capital structure has no significant effect on firm value and leverage has a negative and significant effect on firm value.
