Abstract

The purpose of this research to test whether there is an effect of Capital Structure and Intellectual Capital on Firm Value with Good Corporate Governance as a moderating variable. The data used in this research were obtained from the annual reports of companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index from 2017-2019. After passing through the purposive sampling stage, 22 companies were eligible for use. The data analysis technique used the normality test, multiple regression test and the absolute difference value test. The results of this research indicate that capital structure has an effect on firm value with Good Corporate Governance as a moderating variable, while Intellectual Capital has no effect on firm value with Good Corporate Governance as a moderating variable.
