Abstract

This Research aims to analyze the impact Analysis Organizational Citizenship Behaviour, work discipline and work environment to the performance of employees in the Puskesmas jetis 1 Bantul Yogyakarta. The population in this study is all employees who work in health care Jetis 1 Bantul. The sampling techniques used in this study were non probability sampling by taking a total of 45 respondents. The data collection method used is through a personal questionnaire. The analytical tools used in this study are multiple linear regression. The results obtained from this research have several findings, the first of which is OCB influential positive and significant to the performance of the second employee that the work discipline is positive and significant to the performance of the third employee is a working environment positive and significant to the employee's performance.
