Abstract

In the industrial era 4.0 there is a new innovation in terms of non-cash payment systems that have a lot of interest, namely electronic money (e-money). E-money is a legal payment system in Indonesia based on Bank Indonesia Regulation Number 20/6/PBI/2018 concerning electronic money. Researchers focus on factors that can influence intention to use e-money. This study uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire as a source of data. The sampling method in this study was incidental sampling at students of the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta who had used e-money, determined the number of samples using the Cochran formula and obtained a total sample of 96 people. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study provide empirical evidence that perceptions ease of use, trust, and attitude affect the intention to use e-money. Whereas the perceived usefulness and perceived risk does not affect intention to use e-money
