Abstract

The implementation of an apprenticeship abroad can be done by one of the private LPK, LPK as a private training institution registered at the Ministry of Manpower in carrying out the program of organizing overseas apprenticeship conducts recruitment of prospective trainees, prospective trainees who register to LPK will make an agreement which then set forth in the form of a cooperation agreement. The formulation of the problem in this research is regarding the implementation of the cooperation agreement between LPK Ohayou Indonesia and the participants of the Internship, the procedures and the apprenticeship of the LPK Ohayou Indonesia in terms of the perspective of Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower and what problems arise in the implementation of the agreement between the participants an internship with LPK and how to overcome it. This research uses the doctrinal (Normative) approach, and uses descriptive research type. The location of this research is LPK Ohayou Indonesia. The results of this study discuss the procedures and implementation of apprenticeships by the LPK Ohayou Indonesia in terms of the p erspective of Law No.13 of 2003 on Manpower and what problems arise in the implementation of the agreement between the apprentice participants and the LPK and how to overcome them.
