Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) Preparation of mathematics learning that took place in the superior class XI ICT SMA Batik 2 Surakarta. (2) The learning that takes place in the XI ICT superior class Batik 2 Surakarta. (3) Assessment of learning or evaluation of mathematics learning that takes place in the superior class XI ICT SMA Batik 2 Surakarta. This study uses a qualitative description, which is a type of research that seeks to describe the problem with a factual analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1) In planning mathematics learning there are several teaching preparations prepared by the mathematics teacher in the form of an annual program, semester program, syllabus and RPP based on the 2013 curriculum. In addition, before starting learning the teacher must also recognize the character of students and start learning by opening the lesson, delivering the previous material, delivering the material to be delivered as well as the objectives in accordance with the 2013 curriculum RPP. 2) The implementation of the mathematics learning process in class XI IPA 1 excellent SMA Batik 2 Surakarta with the scientific and cooperative learning model is very effective. And in accordance with the 2013 curriculum. This can be proven by the students being active in giving questions and fighting for the opportunity to answer questions from the teacher to be done in front and the teacher is only a facilitator in the learning process. 3) Evaluation of learning mathematics in class XI IPA 1 excellent SMA 2 Batik Surakarta includes 2 aspects, namely cognitive and psychomotor.
