Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of consumer satisfaction on brand trust in automotive products. Knowing the effect of customer satisfaction on brand loyalty in automotive products. Knowing the effect of consumer confidence on brand loyalty in automotive products. Population is automotive product users, namely two-wheeled vehicles of various brands in Surakarta, whose number is unlimited. The sample in this study were people who had bought automotive products in the form of two-wheeled vehicles with various brands of 150 people. And the technique used is purposive sampling with male and female gender criteria. 17-65 years old. Have bought more than two brands before. Current jobs. Monthly income. Based on the results it is known that customer satisfaction has a significant effect on brand trust in automotive products. Consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on brand loyalty in automotive products. Brand trust influences brand loyalty in automotive products. Keywords : satisfaction, trust and loyalty
