Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance at PT Angkasa Pura Supports Adi Soemarmo Airport. Knowing the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT Angkasa Pura Supports Adi Soemarmo Airport. Knowing the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at PT Angkasa Pura Supports Adi Soemarmo Airport. The population of the study were employees at PT. Angkasa Pura Supports Adi Soemarmo Airport, which numbered 100 people while the sample used was 100 respondents. Based on the results of this study, it is proven that leadership style has a significant effect on performance. Thus the first hypothesis stating leadership style influences the proven performance of truth. Work discipline has a significant effect on performance. Thus the second hypothesis stating leadership style influences the proven performance of truth. Leadership style and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on performance.
