Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of page quality, information quality, trust, ease of using e-commerce on online purchasing decisions on the Shopee site. The research method used is a quantitative method used to examine certain populations or samples. Sampling is done by non-probability method with the number of respondents as many as 100 respondents who have made purchases on the Shopee site. The method of data analysis in this study with multiple linear regression analysis was previously carried out instrument testing, classic assumption test, multiple linear test, normality test, F Test, t test and coefficient of determination test. The results showed that page quality variables, information quality, trust, convenience had a positive effect on purchasing decisions. The determination coefficient shows the Adjusted R Square value (R2) of 0.573 meaning that the page quality variable, information quality, trust and ease can explain the purchasing decision variable of 57.3%. The rest can be explained by other variables not in the model.
