Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Determine the strategies used by grade 4 teachers in administering the 2013 curriculum. (2) Describe the making of RPPs done by grade 4 teachers at SD Muhammadiyah 16 Surakarta. (3) Describe the implementation of 2013 curriculum learning in SD Muhammadiyah 16 Surakarta. (4) Describe the 2013 curriculum assessment. This type of research is qualitative research. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data validity technique uses source and technique triangulation. The subjects in this study were, Principal as coordinator, and all grade 4 teachers as implementing the 2013 curriculum at SD Muhammadiyah 16 Surakarta. The results of the study show that: (1) The strategy of grade 4 teachers in organizing the 2013 curriculum at SD Muhammadiyah 16 Surakarta is by preparing human resources through training / socialization about the 2013 curriculum. RPP. (3) The implementation of the 2013 curriculum in learning uses a scientific approach that includes observing, asking, trying and communicating and authentic assessment. (4) Assessments conducted by teachers using random methods based on the most prominent students.
