Abstract

The writing of this thesis aims to describe: (1) The implementation of batik business assistance through Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) methods to increase productivity. (2) Increasing batik production results in quality and quantity, both in the fields of finance, production, motives, marketing, sales and HR management with SEM. The method in this study is Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) with a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. The results of this study indicate: (1) The implementation of batik business assistance through the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method for increasing productivity is in accordance with the stages of empowerment. (2) Increasing the quality and quantity of batik and motifs, by giving new canting that encourages batik to be maximally taught and given insights about make to order, namely making according to orders to minimize losses. Created a website to help market and sell batik. Mentoring has a significant influence on 5 construct variables calculated using SEM Keywords: Mentoring, SEM, PRA
