Abstract

Effect of School Learning Environment and Home Learning Environment on Students' Learning Achievement of Upper Class 03 Plumbon Elementary School. Thesis, Elementary School Teacher Education Department, Teacher Training and Education Faculty, Muhammadiyah University Surakarta, 2018. This study aims to find out: 1. The influence of the learning environment in schools on the learning achievement of upper class students of SD Negeri 03 Plumbon; 2. The influence of the learning environment at home on upper class student learning achievement at SD Negeri 03 Plumbon; 3 The influence of the learning environment at school and the learning environment at home on the learning achievement of upper class students of SD Negeri 03 Plumbon. This research uses quantitative descriptive method. The study was conducted from January 2018 to August 2018 and took place at SD Negeri 03 Plumbon. The population is 95 students, the sample was 75 students for the study and 20 students for the tryout. Data collection techniques with questionnaires and documentation. Testing instruments by testing validity and reliability. Classic assumption tests include homogeneity test, data normality and linearity. Hypothesis testing with Multiple Linear Regression Test, T Test, F Test, and Determination Coefficient Test. The results of this study are: 1. The first hypothesis, it is known that tcount (7,425) > ttable (1.993) and the significance value = 0.030 < 0.05 so that the learning environment in school (X1) has a positive and significant effect on learning achievement (Y) upper class students at SD Negeri 03 Plumbon. 2. The second hypothesis, it is known that tcount (8,620) < ttable (1,993) and the significance value = 0,000 < 0,05, so that the learning environment at home (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the learning achievement (Y) of upper class students of SD Negeri 03 Plumbon. 3. The third hypothesis is known that Fcount (41,569)> Ftable (3,12). So that it can be interpreted to have a joint influence between the variables of the learning environment in school (X1) and the learning environment at home (X2) on learning achievement (Y).
