Abstract

This study aims to examine (1) the effect of teamwork on employee performance (2) the effect of organization culture on employee performance. The sample used in this research is 73 employees at the PT. Sri Rejeki Isman Textile at Sukoharjo through questionnaires with sampling technique purposive sampling. Data analysis methods used were validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and multiple linier regression analysis test. The result of t test analysis shows the partial influence between teamwork and organization culture to employee performance. While the F test data shows the influence of simultaneously variable teamwork and organization culture have a significant effect on employee performance.
