Abstract

The research is to produce design development open-ended question of algebra and to know worthinwss product. This research uses research and development (R & D) methods. The stages of the research carried out consisted of 4 stages. First, the planning stage and data collection by interview. Second, the planning stage of making schoology accounts as teachers and making online classes requires e-mail. Third, the development stage includes the making of preliminary videos and the algebraic material of the equation and quadratic functions, examples of questions, practice questions, and key answers to practice questions. In the development phase of making videos using the help of the video scribe application, then uploaded into the schoology account. Fourth, the product testing phase was carried out at Selo 1 State Vocational School Boyolali Regency. Development obtained the results of validation by material experts obtained an average score of 4,758 including very valid categories, the results of validation by media experts 4.5, the results of validation by the teacher obtained an average score of 4,217 including very valid categories, the results of validation by users (students) were obtained an average score of 4.049 including a very valid category.
