Abstract
Work engagement is a current issue in the management of Human Resources (HR). Work engagement is considered by all institutions, because high work engagement will increase the progress and productivity of an institution or organization. This study aims to analyze the effect of job demands, job resources, and personal resources on work engagement. The types of data in this study are primary data that has been distributed to employees of the Regional Financial Institution (BKD) of Boyolali Regency as many as 45 respondents who were determined using purposive sampling method by making samples based on research objectives and predetermined criteria. The analytical tool used in this study is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, and F test. The analysis results show that job demands have a positive and significant effect on work engagement, job resources do not significantly influence work engagement, and personal resources have a positive and significant effect on work engagement.
