Abstract

Sumber daya manusia sebagai pegawai pada suatu instansi pemerintah tidak terlepas dari permasalahan kondisi lingkungan kerja, partisipasi, jalur karier dan sistem reward, baik dalam instansi pemerintah ataupun swasta kesemuanya mempunyai hubungan dan pengaruh yang erat dengan kinerja pegawai. perumusan masalah apakah kondisi lingkungan kerja, partisipasi, jalur karier, dan sistem reward berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Setda Sragen. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kondisi lingkungan kerja, partisipasi, jalur karier, dan sistem reward berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Setda Sragen. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini digunakan teknik angket. Alat analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa model analisis, diantaranya model Ordinary Least Square klasik, uji tanda, uji t, uji ketepatan R2, uji F, dan uji dan uji asumsi klasik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian uji asumsi klasik: 1) uji normalitas dengan metode Jarque Berra (JB), diketahui bahwa data dalam penelitian normal; 2) uji heteroskedastisitas diperoleh R2 x N sebesar 0,044 x 50 = 2,2 dan 2,2 < 9,2 sehingga tidak terjadi heteroskedastisitas; 3) Uji autokorelasi Durbin Watson, diperoleh nilai DW sebesar 1,644, maka data tidak mengalami autokorrelasi. Hasil uji tanda pada koefisien regresi, bila variabel kondisi lingkungan kerja, partisipasi, dan jalur karier ditingkatkan maka kinerja pegawai meningkatkan.hasil Hasil uji ketepatan model diperoleh R2 sebesar 0,981, dimana nilai koefisien determinan mendekati angka 1. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa model semakin tepat. Berdasarkan pengujian Ftest diperoleh Fhitung sebesar 575,325, dengan p. value sebesar 0,000, maka model regresi sudah fit atau sesuai dengan data. Hasil t-test diketahui thitung kondisi lingkungan kerja 4,671; p.value 0,000; partisipasi 2,855; p.value 0,006; dan sistem reward 2,796; p.value 0,008. Artinya ketiga variabel tersebut yakni kondisi lingkungan kerja, partisipasi, jalur karier, dan sistem reward, berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pada derajat keyakinan 1%. ABSTRACT Human resource as officer at one particular governmental institution is not spite of problems of condition work environmental problems, participation, band of career, and reward system, weather in governmental institution or in private sector, all of them have the hand in glove influence and relation with the officer performance. The problem statement is, does the work environmental condition, participation, career band, and reward system has an effect on to performance of officer of Setda Sragen. Research target is finding the influence of environmental work condition, participation, career band, and reward system influencing through performance of officer of Setda Sragen. The collecting data technique is used by a questionnaire technique. The equipment of research analyzes is using several analyses model, they are, classical Square Least Ordinary model, sign test, ttest, precise R2 test, Ftest, and classical assumption test. Based the classical assumption test: 1) the normality test completed with Berra Jarque method (JB), it is known that the data is at the normal research; 2) heteroskedasticity test, it is obtained R2 x N equal to 0.044 x 50 = 2.2 and 2.2 < 9.2, therefore, there is no heteroskedasticity 3) The auto correlation test of Durbin Watson, it is obtained the value of DW of equal to 1.644, it is also explained that determinant coefficient value is in closest position of 1. It is shows that the model precisely progressive. Based on the examination of Ftest , it is obtained to 575.325, completed with the p. value equal to 0.000, therefore, the regression model have fit or suitable with the data. The result ttest is known that the tcomputing environmental work condition as 4.671; p.value 0.000; participation 2.855; p.value 0.006; and reward system 2.796; p.value 0.008. It is explained that those three variables, are, the work environmental condition, participation, career band, and reward system, are having significantly through performance variable at the confidence degree 1%.
