Abstract

Kania Meylinda Ardiarini/A510140084. THE IMPLEMENTATION OF AUTHENTIC ASSESSMENT IN THEMATIC LEARNING OF CURRICULUM 2013 ON THE FIRST YEAR OF SD NEGERI 2 DOMPYONGAN KLATEN. Research Paper. Teacher Training and Education Faculty. Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta, October 2018. The study aimed to describe: 1) Planning, implementing and evaluation of authentic assessment of Curriculum 2013 on the first year; 2) teacher problem in implementing Authentic Assessment; and 3) teacher’s effort to solve the problems. It was qualitative study. The design of the study was descriptive. The data were collected by interview, observation, and document. The data were tested the reliability by using source and technique triangulation. The data were analyzed by using interactive model through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion. Result of the study showed that: 1) the implementation of attitude assessment was done by observation, self and peer assessment; the implementation of the knowledge assessment was conducted by written, oral, and assignment test; the implementation of skill assessment was by performance, product, project, and portfolio; 2) teacher problem in implementing authentic assessment on Curriculum 2013 on the first year of SD Negeri 2 Dompyongan Klaten was the teachers’ readiness to perform implementation of Curriculum 2013 was less and in limited facility in SD Negeri 2 Dompyongan Klaten; 3) teachers’ effort to solve the problem in implementing authentic assessment on Curriculum 2013 of the first year of SD Negeri 2 Dompyongan Klaten was that school cooperated to the government in giving training of Curriculum 2013 and solved the less facility on SD Negeri 2 Dompyongan Klaten can be done by using BOS.
