Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the relationship between teamwork and employee productivity, (2) determine the level of teamwork, (3) determine the level of work productivity of employees (4) know the role or effective contribution of teamwork with employee work productivity. The method used in this study is quantitative research methods. The method used to collect data uses the Teamwork Scale and the Employee Productivity Scale. The subjects of this study were employees of the Cellular Telecommunications Cooperative (KISEL). Subjects were determined using quota sampling consisting of 50 employees of the Cellular Telecommunication Cooperative (KISEL). Data collection techniques in this study use teamwork scale and work productivity scale. The filling of the teamwork scale carried out by employees and for filling the work productivity scale is carried out by the head of each division. Validity test results on the teamwork scale there are 6 items that fall 24 items that are valid and on the work productivity scale there is 1 item drop and 29 items are valid. Based on the results of the teamwork analysis obtained α value of 0.837 and for work productivity obtained α of 0.855. The results of the analysis using Product Moment Correlation obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.706 and a significance of 0.022. The variable teamwork included in the high category with an empirical mean (RE) of 78.00 and a hypothetical (RH) mean of 60. Then the variable work productivity was included in the high category with an empirical mean (RE) of 88.80 and a hypothetical mean (RH) of 72.5. Then for effective contribution from variable teamwork with variable work productivity of 49.8%. This shows that there is a significant relationship between teamwork and work productivity of employees of the Cellular Telecommunication Cooperative (KISEL).
