Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze and test the influence of price, satisfaction, and product quality to customer loyalty store distro Betterdays. This type of research refers to a positive approach, the approach that initiates research with the hypothesis and then proceed with hypothesis testing. The population of this study is all customers distro stores Betterdays. The sample of this study consisted of 50 samples with sampling method convenience sampling and random sampling. Analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression and then classical assumption test consist of four test, that is normality test, multicolinearity test, autocorrelation test and heteroscedasticity test. The result of this research shows that partial satisfaction variable has a significant effect on customer loyalty, whereas price and product quality variables partially have no significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Independent variables consisting of price, satisfaction, and product quality together have a significant effect on customer loyalty. 36% customer loyalty store distro Betterdays influenced by price, satisfaction, and product quality.
