Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the influence of printing activity on the children’s creativity at the group A in BA Aisyiyah Jetis II Sukoharjo in the academic year of 2017/2018. The subject in this research was group A that consisted of 25 children. This research used quantitative method. This research used pre-experimental design by using one group pretest-posttest design. The data were collected by observation, interview, and documentation. The result of observation showed that the children’s creativity improved well after doing printing activity. It could be seen by comparing the mean score of observation. The mean score before action was 12,68, while the mean score after action was 20,92. The data analysis technique used t test by SPSS 15.0 for windows. The result of analysis using t test was t value – 16,449 < - t table – 2, 064. It meant that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Therefore, it could be concluded that there was the influence of printing activity on the children’s creativity.
