Abstract
The type of this research is qualitative research using descriptive method with phenomenology approach. Data collection techniques are: documentation, observation, and in-depth interviews. Data analysis methods that researcher uses are 3 techniques of analysis, they are: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The result of the research shows that: 1) Analysis of marketing of educational service using SWOT analysis, some analysis of historical data and competitor's analysis are to get accurate and factual data 2) The marketing planning of education service has been well implemented containing important elements of planning, namely program planning, budget system, human resources, infrastructure facilities 3) Implementation of marketing of education service implicitly refers to elements of the marketing mix consisting of product, price, place, promotion, people, physical proof and process consistently. The marketing mix is related to price, place and promotion requiring sharpness of strategy to increase selling power 4) The evaluation system of education service marketing uses program evaluation in the end of the program and institutional evaluation in the end of the year, the focus on evaluation of working implementation.
