Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify and determine : (1) impact of halal knowledge towards halal products purchase decision, (2) impact of religiousity towards halal product purchase decision, (3) impact of halal awareness towards halal product purchase decision. This research includes survey research with quantitative approach. The sample in this study is Muslim consumers who are domiciled in Solo city. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling, that is the technique of determining the sample with certain criteria which is the consumer who is Muslim and settled in Solo city. With the number of samples as much as 110 respondents. Data collection techniques used questionnaires that have been tested with validity using Confirmatory Factor Analysis method. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) halal knowledge had a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision of halal labeled food product, it was proved from the significance value of 0.002 <0.05 and the regression coefficient of 0.317, (2) the relality of positive and significant on the decision to purchase halal labeled food products, this is proved from the significance value of 0.016 <0.05 and regression coefficient of 0.209 (3) halal awareness have a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision of halal labeled food products, this is proved by the value of significance 0.000 <0.05 and regression coefficient of 0.608.
