Abstract

The purpose of this study to know the product quality, service quality and brand image significantly influence purchase decisions in store building Adi Santoso. This research was conducted in Stores Building Adi Santoso population in this study is that consumers in stores building Adi Santoso, with a sample of 100 respondents and a sampling method is purposive sampling is a sampling technique with a certain consideration. The analytical tool used multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results obtained by t test analysis is product quality, service quality and brand image significantly influence purchasing decisions individually and F test results indicate product quality, service quality and brand image significantly influence purchasing decisions simultaneously.
