Abstract

The purpose of this study are: the first to know the level of employee performance Tax Office (KPP) Pratama Boyolali, second to know the level of emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and communications employees Employees Tax Office (KPP) Pratama Boyolali, and third to determine the influence emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and organizational communication on the performance of Tax Service Office (KPP) Pratama Boyolali. This research uses primary data. The sample in this study were 50 respondents. The sampling technique used random sampling or random sampling. The method of analysis used is the test of validity, reliability test and multiple linear analysis with first classical assumption test which includes normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, and heterokedastisity test. By testing the hypothesis using joint significance test (F-Test) and partial test of significance (t-Test) and Determination coefficient (R^2). The results of the research: The first level of employee performance KPP Pratama Boyolali relatively high because of the emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and good organizational communication, and the second emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and communication KPP Pratama Boyolali employees organization is high, and the third emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and organizational communication have a positive and significant impact on the performance of KPP Pratama Boyolali employees.
