Abstract

This research aims to know the effect of of salary, organizational commitment, organizational culture, and leadership style to employee satisfaction PT PLN Persero Wonogiri. The independent variables in this study are salary, organizational commitment, organizational culture, and leadership style.This research is a research with quantitative approach. The data used is the primary data. Respondents in this research are employees of PT PLN Persero Wonogiri. Data were analyzed by using multiple linier regression using SPSS program version 17.00. Methods of data collection is survey by using questionnaires distributed by respondents.The results of this study indicate that (1) salary has an effect on employee satisfaction, (2) organizational commitment influence to employee satisfaction, (3) organizational culture have an effect on employee satisfaction, and leadership style influence to employee satisfaction.
