Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the experience affect on the performance of employees CV. Dwikarya Perfect Eternal in Karanganyar and to analyze the skills affect on the performance of employees CV. Eternal Perfect Dwikarya in Karanganyar. Population in this research is employee CV. Dwikarya Perfect Eternal in Karanganyar while the sample of all employees who numbered 56 respondents. Based on the results of this study note that the regression equation is as follows: Y = 4,731 + 0,785X1 + 0,826X2. The constant of 4.731 with positive parameters shows a constant perception of experience and skill on employee performance. Experimental regression coefficient shows a positive coefficient of 0.785 so it can be seen that experience is greater then improve employee performance. The skill regression coefficient shows a positive coefficient of 0.825 thus it can be seen that the skill is getting bigger then improve employee performance. Experience variables have a significant influence on employee performance and skill variables have a significant effect on employee performance. Variable experience and skill together to employee performance, so that model in research can be used is fit.
