Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to know: (1) The relationship between motivation to develop career and job satisfaction with turnover intention; (2). Level of motivation to develop career, job satisfaction and turnover intention to employees; (3) Contribution of motivation to develop career and job satisfaction toward turnover intention to employees. Research subjects of employees of garment companies. Data collection uses motivational scale of career development, job satisfaction scalability and turnover intensity scale. The data analysis technique used regression of two predictors. The conclusion of the study states that there is a very significant relationship between career development motivation and job satisfaction with turnover intentions .. The implication of this research that company can minimize intention turnover by optimizing motivation to develop career and job satisfaction.
