Abstract

Rudi Santoso, NIM A410120124, Mathematics Education Program. Faculty of Teacher Training and Education,University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta, September, 2017 This study aims to test: (1) the influence of integrated scientific approaches on community-learning strategies (Learning-Community) and Conventional learning strategies on mathematics learning outcomes; (2) the influence of students' activity on mathematics learning outcomes; (3) the interaction effect between learning strategy and student activeness toward mathematics learning result. The research was conducted on the students of class VIII Semester Even Semester of academic year 2016/2017 SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Kartasura with population of all students of class VIII. This research includes quantitative research with quasi experimental research design. The sample of this research is taken by cluster random sampling method. Methods of data collection using tests, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used two way analysis of variance with unequal cell. The result of data analysis with 5% significance level is obtained: (1) there is influence of the use of integrated scientific approach on community-learning (learning-community) and conventional learning strategy toward mathematics learning result; (2) there is influence of student activeness toward mathematics learning result; (3) there is no influence of interaction between learning strategy and student activeness toward mathematics learning result.
