Abstract
This study aims to determine: 1) since when the Curriculum 2013 is applied, 2) what media is used in the learning process in accounting majors in SMK Batik 2 Surakarta. This type of research is qualitative research. The subjects of this study are the vice principal of curriculum, accounting teacher, accounting class X students. Data collection method used in this research is interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The result of the analysis of the use of instructional media in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in SMK Batik 2 Surakarta resulted in the following findings: (1) 2013 curriculum implemented starting from 2016/2017; (2) The media used by teachers in the learning process, namely the accounting department LCD with Powerpoint presentation, whiteboard, sterofom, cardboard, pictures, documents (passbook or savings cards, ID cards); (3) students who are less ready with the curriculum learning model become obstacles in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum.
