Abstract
This research is aimed at describing the implementation of Problem Based Learing model to improve student’s ability of creative thinking on entrepreneur lesson at class XI PM 2 SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta, 2016/2017. The kind of this research is classroom action research. Classroom action research is a qualitative data, the form of the data is word, sentence and schema. The subject of this research is all of students at class XI PM 2 SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta, 2016/2017. The methods of collecting data are observation, interview, notes and documentation. There are five procedures in this research, they are : issuing, action planning, action doing, observing, evaluating, and reflecting. Technique of analysis data that used in this research is comparative descriptive technique and critical analysis technique. The result show that implementation of Problem Based Learning Metode (PBL) can improve student’s ability of creative thinking in entrepreneur lesson at class XI PM 2 SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta, 2016/2017. It can be proved with the percentage of student’s ability of creative thinking before the classroom action only 10,77% then after classroom action in siklus 1 the percentage of student’s ability of creative thinking improves. It becomes to 45,8%, in the classroom actin in siklus 2, the percentage of student’s ability of creative thinking improve quickly that is 81,62%.
