Abstract

This research aims to measure the influence of motivation, satisfaction and work discipline on the performance of employees at PT. Rumpun Sari Medini. This study uses an analytic study using multiple linear regression data was collected using a closed questionnaire given to 70 employees of PT. Rumpun Sari Medini. Results showed variable motivation, and discipline gratification of working either together or partially positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Rumpun Sari Medini.
