Abstract
Employees are a valuable asset in the company, success in banking is built and achieved through qualified employees. The challenge that occurs in banking today is how a bank retains employees who have good performance and have high productivity who can help companies achieve company goals and targets, and be able to compete with other companies. The purpose of this study is to measure the effect of innovation capability and work environment on employee performance in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. Respondents in this study were 100 people who were conducted through a surveyonline withgoogle form. The sampling technique uses the techniquepurposive sampling. Test the validity and reliability using smartPLS analysis on the outer model. Hypothesis testing uses the outer model and inner model of smartPLS. The results of the analysis show that employee performance mediates the relationship between innovation capability and work environment on employee performance partially.
