Abstract

This study aims to: 1) Determine the influence of organizational culture which consists of innovation and courage to take risks, attention to detail, result orientation, people orientation, team orientation, aggressiveness and stability on employee performance. 2) find out which variables dominantly influence organizational culture on employee performance. This research method is multiple regression analysis method with a quantitative approach. The sampling method is a saturated sample method with the data source used is the primary data source. The population or research object selected were all employees of the Regional Finance Agency of Sukoharjo Regency and the total sample was 60 respondents. The method of data collection is by distributing questionnaires in the form of a questionnaire. In the analytical test the instrument uses validity and reliability tests. In the classical assumption test using normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. While in hypothesis testing using linear regression analysis, t test, and F test. The test tool used is SPSS version 2.5. The results of data analysis show that innovation and risk taking, attention to detail, team orientation, aggressiveness, and stability have a significant effect on employee performance. Then the result orientation and people orientation have no significant effect on employee performance. Taken together, organizational culture variables have a significant effect on employee performance.
