Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress on employee performance at KSP Bhina Raharja, to analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at KSP Bhina Raharja, and to analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance at KSP Bhina Raharja. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees at KSP Bhina Raharja. The sampling technique is saturated sampling technique, so that the sample in this study were all employees at KSP Bhina Raharja. This research uses SPSS IBM 25.0. The analysis used includes instrument testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study state that the partial test shows that work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at KSP Bhina Raharja, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at KSP Bhina Raharja, and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at KSP Bhina Raharja.
