Abstract
This study aims to analyze the strategy communication of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program conducted by PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk to support MSME digitalization in collaboration with Inamikro. The research applies a descriptive qualitative approach using interviews, observations, and documentation as data collection techniques. Data were analyzed through data reduction, categorization, and conclusion drawing with source triangulation for validity. Using Stakeholder Theory, this study examines communication relationship between compant and MSME. The findings show that CSR focuses not only on digital training but also on communication strategies that involve relationship building, dialogoue, participant engagement, and efforts to build trust and legitimacy. The program is implemented through training, community activities, and mentoring to support MSME digital transformation.
