Abstract
Final year students are in the career planning stage because they are at the age of 20 - 24 years according to career development theory, it is stated that final year students should have made career plans, information about careers, and prepared career decisions. This study intends to determine the role of emotional intelligence and self-efficacy on student career maturity. The major hypothesis is that there is an influence between emotional intelligence and self-efficacy on career maturity, the first minor hypothesis is that there is a significant positive influence between emotional intelligence and career maturity and the second minor hypothesis is that there is a positive influence between self-efficacy and career maturity. The criteria needed in the research are the final students who are taking the thesis of the Psychology Study Program, Faculty of Psychology, University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta, totaling 105 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. This study uses the scale of Emotional Intelligence, Self-Efficacy, and Career Maturity. Data collection through googleform. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive relationship between emotional intelligence and career maturity, there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy and career maturity and there is a positive relationship between emotional intelligence and self-efficacy with career maturity in final year students.
