Abstract
Outsourcing workers are workers who have a working relationship with an outsourcing service provider by placing work in the work area of the outsourcing service user company who previously had tied themselves to a working relationship between the outsourcing service provider company and the outsourcing service user company. This study aims to determine the form and content of the agreement between the outsourcing service provider company and the outsourcing worker at PT. Makmur Jaya Sragen and knowing the implementation of the Outsourcing sistem in the Outsourcing agreement of PT. Makmur Jaya Sragen in perspective of Law Number 13 Year 2003 concerning Manpower. This study uses a normative approach, which is an approach by examining library materials or secondary data or what is called literature law research. This type of research is descriptive in nature, namely to describe or explain data as accurately as possible about other conditions or symptoms of the study. The results showed the form and content of the agreement between the outsourcing service provider company and the outsourcing worker at PT. Makmur Jaya Sragen is in accordance with Article 51 paragraph (2) of Law Number 13 Year 2003 concerning Manpower which stipulates that a work agreement is required in writing and implemented in accordance with statutory regulations. The outsourcing sistem in the Outsourcing Agreement at PT Makmur Jaya Sragen is by applying Article 64 of Law Number 13 Year 2003 concerning Manpower.
