Abstract

This study aims to 1) To determine the effect of informal human resource development on employee performance at PT. BPRS Sukowati Sragen. 2) To determine the effect of formal human resource development on employee performance at PT. BPRS Sukowati Sragen. This research is a quantitative research using Multiple Linear Regression tool with a series of F test and t test. The population in this study were 60 employees, the sampling technique used was probability sampling technique, the sample taken in this study was the entire population of 60 respondents. Research data sourced from primary data and secondary data. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis technique. From the research results obtained Informal Human Resource Development has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPRS Sukowati Sragen. It is proven by the value of tcount = 5.412> t table = 2.002, while the significance value of 0.000 is smaller than (α) = 0.05. Formal Human Resource Development has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPRS Sukowati Sragen. It is proven by the value of tcount = 4.624> ttable = 2.002, while the significance value of 0.005 is smaller than (α) = 0.05. Informal Human Resource Development and Formal Human Resource Development have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPRS Sukowati Sragen. It is proven by the value of Fcount = 232.219> Ftable = 3.159, while the significance value of 0.000 is smaller than (α) = 0.05.
