Abstract

CV. Laksana Karoseri is a company that produces buses with the main focus of its production being medium and large size buses. There are several divisions in this company, including pre-chasis, body & frame, preparation, painting, and finishing. The painting division and the body & frame division are divisions that have high workloads and pressure, where there are machines that require special skills and good physical conditions by operators in both divisions, namely oven machines in the painting division and welding machines for cold installations in the painting division. body & frame division. From the results of the study, it was found that the average %CVL gain on the oven machine operator was 41.3 which was included in the category that needed to be repaired. The cowl installation welding operator has an average %CVL of 41.1 which is included in the category of needing to be repaired. Meanwhile, the mental workload of the oven machine operator has an average NASA-TLX score of 81.03 with a heavy mental workload category. Meanwhile, the average NASA-TLX score for cowl-mount welding operators is 74.94 in the medium mental workload category.
