Abstract

ABSTRACT In an increasingly advanced and growing development of information technology, entrepreneurs develop their businesses. PT. GO-JEK INDONESIA which implements an online motorcycle and car motorcycle taxi ordering service system, GO-JEK parties implement a profit sharing system between PT. GO-JEK INDONESIA and GO-JEK driver partners. The profit-sharing system is a system of making an agreement in a business, there will be an agreement that there will be a fair distribution of profits and losses for both parties. The sharing system between GO -JEK and GO-JEK driver partners is included in the Syirkah Al-Inan contract. Based on the above background, the main problem arises, namely how the profit sharing system between PT. GO-JEK INDONESIA with GO-JEK Driver partners at GO-JEK Solo Raya Basecamp Solo Balapan and how is the review of Islamic law regarding the profit sharing system between GO-JEK and GO-JEK Driver partners Solo Raya Basecamp Solo Balapan. As for the type of research used is a field research with qualitative methods, the data obtained using data collection techniques of observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. While the analysis used is qualitative with a deductive method by drawing conclusions based on several deep theories. The results and conclusions in this study is a profit-sharing system between PT. GO-JEK INDONESIA with driver partners 20% : 80% and there is an additional discount for driver partners of Rp. 800.00 and for Go-Ride Rp.2,400 for Go-Car costs. The profit-sharing system between GO-JEK and driver partners is in accordance with Islamic law in the Syirkah Al-Inan contract. In terms of profits and losses, they are divided proportionally according to the initial capital contribution.
