Abstract
Human resources are very influential on the organization's efforts to achieve goals. YoutHive! Indonesia has just determined performance measurement in the traditional way, namely filling out a questionnaire form. This research method is the Balanced Scorecard which uses 4 perspectives, namely financial performance, customers, internal business processes, and growth and learning. The purpose of this study is to determine Key Performance Indicators (KPI), calculate organizational performance, and provide suggestions for improvement and suggestions on what KPI performance should be improved in the organization. Performance measurement assessment score of 80% where this score indicates this organization is high performance because the value is included in the value range > 80% where out of 10 KPIs there are only 2 KPIs that have not progressed, namely Employee Satisfaction has decreased by -0.70 and Employee Retention has decreased of -0.17. So the research proposal is to reduce the turnover rate of members, develop the productivity and comfort level of members, conduct gradual and continuous performance evaluations, and implement bottom-up management.
