Abstract
The development of the industrial sector is in line with the development of science and technology, as well as competition in the distributor industry. Application of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) at PT. Persada Mulia Anugrah aims to minimize resource consumption and adverse effects on the environment by providing improvement solutions to the company's supply chain. The methods used in this research are Green Supply Chain Operation Reference (GSCOR) and Process Maturity Model (PMM). GSCOR is used to design a company's supply chain performance assessment while PMM is used to determine the maturity level of the company's business processes after GSCM is applied. This data processing is done by using the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and PMM questionnaires. There are 16 KPIs for performance measurement. The results showed that the final performance score was 88.28 which was in the Good category. Of the 16 KPIs, there are 3 indicators of proposed improvements that have a value below the average of 85.4. The results of the weighting of the process maturity model are obtained with the average result of achieving the company's business process maturity level of 5.36 which has the Defined criteria.
