Abstract

This study aims to 1) analyze whether work motivation has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Diras Concept Gawok Sukoharjo. 2) Analyze whether Work Experience has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Diras Concept Gawok Sukoharjo. 3) Identify whether work motivation and work experience have a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Diras Concept Gawok Sukoharjo. This research is a quantitative research with a causal associative approach. The population in this study were 60 employees. The sampling technique used was saturated samples. The sample taken was the entire population of 60 respondents. Research data sourced from primary data and secondary data. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire and observation. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. From the results of the study, it was found that work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Diras Concept Gawok Sukoharjo. It is proven by the value of tcount = 2.049> ttable = 2.002, while the positive value and significance of 0.045 is smaller than (α) = 0.05. Work Experience has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Diras Concept Gawok Sukoharjo. It is proven by the value of tcount = 4.718 > ttable = 2.002, while the positive value and significance of 0.000 is smaller than (α) = 0.05. Work Motivation and Work Experience have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Diras Concept Gawok Sukoharjo. It is proven by the value of Fcount = 20,753> Ftable = 3,159, while the positive value and significance of 0.000 is smaller than (α) = 0.05.
