Abstract
An education field such as elementary school requires the use of information technology to present and manage information, one of which is in the form of student report cards. Computerized reports can minimize data processing errors. Computer technology can speed up and simplify all activities to make assessment reports. This system aims to provide convenience, speed, and accuracy in data processing, especially the value of report cards at SD Muhammadiyah 10 Surakarta. The model and system used will determine how effective and good the information delivery process is. The method used is the waterfall method, there are 5 steps, called Requirements Analysis, System Design, Program Code, Testing, and Maintenance. Making the system using supporting software such as Visual Studio Code, CodeIgniter Framework, Boostrap, HTML, PHP, and MySQL. The expected result from the application of the report card value information system is to facilitate homeroom teachers in processing student report cards.
