Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation and environment on the work productivity of PT DMST 1 employees. This research is a quantitative research with a survey design. The population in this study is 120 employees and a sample of 89 employees using simple random sampling technique. Data collection technique used documents and questionnaires which are tested using validity and reliability tests. Data analysis used multiple linear regression test, t test, F test, relative contribution and effective contribution. The results of the regression analysis obtain Y = 8.712 + 0.443 X1 + 0.069 X2 + 0.106 X3 The results of the analysis showed that leadership style had a significant and significant effect on employee productivity, the value of tcount (3.857) > ttable (1.662). Motivation has no effect on work productivity, the value of tcount (0.350) < ttable (1.662). The environment has no effect on work productivity, the value of tcount (0.342) < ttable (1.662). Based on the simultaneous test (F) it is known that Fcount>Ftable 21.445/2.317 and the significant value of Fcount is 0.00 <0.05. The determinant coefficient test (R2) of 0.431 indicates that the magnitude of the influence of leadership style, motivation and environment at PT DMST 1 is 43.1%, while the rest is influenced by other variables.
