Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of employee training, compensation and organizational culture on performance. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population in this study were employees of the Connectmacan 1 Health Center and the Connectmacan 2 Health Center in 2021. This study used the SPSS 26 data processing application with 96 respondents. The sample selection in this study used a non-probability sampling approach or a saturated sample. The data used is primary data through a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used in this study by performing instrument tests (test validity and reliability), classical assumption test (test for normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity), multiple linear regression, t test, f test and determination. Results Based on the statistical analysis of the statistical application of the SPSS t test, it shows that employee training has a significant effect on employee performance. Then compensation has a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. Then the variables of employee training, compensation and organizational culture have a significant effect on employee performance variables.
