Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe: 1) Planning of accounting laboratory facilities and infrastructure, 2) Use of accounting laboratory facilities and infrastructure, 3) Evaluation of accounting laboratory facilities and infrastructure at SMK Batik 1 Surakarta. The type of qualitative research is phenomenological research design. Data collection techniques are in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The validity of the data used source triangulation and technical triangulation. Interactive method data analysis technique with steps of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and data verification/drawing conclusions. The results show that: 1) Planning for accounting laboratory facilities and infrastructure at SMK Batik 1 Surakarta is carried out at the beginning of each semester starting from the procurement and identification of laboratory necessities that are adjusted to the school budget, the source of funds comes from school funds and BOS funds, 2). The use of accounting laboratory facilities and infrastructure at SMK Batik 1 Surakarta is maximized for the practice of accounting computers, competency certification tests for OTKP (Office Administration & Automation) expertise, sharia savings and loan practices. During the Covid-19 pandemic, it was only used a few times, of course, still with health protocols. The accounting laboratory facilities and infrastructure are complete, including the organizational structure and laboratory rules. 3) Evaluation of facilities and infrastructure at SMK Batik 1 Surakarta is carried out at the end of each semester using a maintenance card and a card for using laboratory facilities. Inspection and maintenance of accounting laboratory infrastructure is carried out on a regular basis every month.
