Abstract

The objectives of this study are 1) to describe how Gethuk Presiden marketing was carried out during the pandemic Covid-19, 2) to describe what obstacles were faced by Gethuk Presiden so that businesses were able to survive during the Covid-19 pandemic, 3) to describe the solutions taken by Gethuk Presiden in maintaining business during the pandemic Covid-19. This research is a type of qualitative research with an ethnographic design. The resource persons in this study were the owners of the gethuk presiden industry, employees of the marketing department, consumers, and also some connoisseurs of gethuk presiden. Data collection techniques used in this study using interviews and observation. The validity of the data in this study was tested using triangulation. The results of this study indicate that gethuk presiden uses free shipping promos for a certain distance and also intensifies digital marketing. The obstacles that gethuk presiden goes through are constraints for shipping out of town so that gethuk presiden makes new innovations so that they can continue to produce.
